The Dr and the Chef ventured down to McLaren Vale to visit Wirra Wirra Wines, one of the Vale's oldest wineries and originally established in 1894 by RS Wigley. We were shown around this wine by Chief Winemaker Paul Smith, who also regaled us of the story of Mr Wigley....
